Ursuline Pre-School is a family oriented, welcoming, Roman Catholic Pre-School for 3- to 4-year-old boys and girls. We are part of the Ursuline Preparatory School, Wimbledon and are situated on The Downs, between Wimbledon and Raynes Park.

Why chose Ursuline Pre-School?

Our large, open plan Pre- School provides the prefect environment for children to develop the skills needed to start formal education in Reception. Our staff are highly experienced and qualified and know exactly how to nurture and develop 3 and 4 year olds.

We have a large exciting outdoor space accessibly directly from the classroom. Our children have specialist PE and music lesson from staff in the main school. Lunch is in the main dining hall.

Whilst much of the day is focused on exploring, playing and having fun, we offer a more structured and formal routine than some settings. There is whole class teaching time, group sessions and one to one sessions with the teachers, tailored to each individual child. This helps each child develop the key skills needed to start school.

Our children develop excellent social and personal skills, grow strong friendships and by the time they leave, they are fully ready for the demands of the Reception year.

Where do our children move on to?

Our girls move up automatically to the Ursuline Preparatory School, and boys have reserved places at, and typically move on to Donhead Preparatory School.
