Pre-School Teachers

Mrs Green
(Monday - Friday)
Mrs Green, originally from Italy, graduated from Milan University in modern foreign languages, and moved to London for her post graduate studies. She qualified as Early Years teacher in 2014 with a PGCE in Studies of Education and has 10 years of experience working with children aged 3 to 5. She joined the Ursuline Pre-School in 2019, after working for ten years in a Pre-prep school in Kensington, London.
“I absolutely love my job and I feel honoured to have the possibility to guide young children through the first steps of their development, always trying to instil a passion for a lifelong learning. I am passionate about teaching and learning in the Early Years and I am constantly looking for new ideas, neuroscience and pedagogical backed teaching methods and activities, to create the best, most engaging and nurturing learning environment for my young pupils.

Pre-School Teaching Assistants

Mrs Neal
Mrs Neal has worked at the Ursuline Pre- School for 6 years and has over 24 years experience in schools and nurseries. She has a Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Health and Social Care. In her spare time, she is a Beaver Scout Leader and loves taking her local group on different adventures. She also is an part of a local dance school and performs jazz, tap and ballet!
“What I enjoy the most about working with 3 and 4 year olds is seeing their characters and identities develop and grow. I really enjoy watching their friendships forming and always love how much energy they have”

Ms Ward
Ms Ward has worked at Ursuline for over 14 years and has worked in childcare for over 40 years. She has a degree in Early Years Education, and has her 4 children and 2 grandchildren. In her spare time she runs a baking business, and so spends lots of her weekend cooking or decorating, and she loves cooking with the Pre- School children as well.

Head Teacher

Mrs Molina is the Head Teacher at Ursuline Pre-School and Ursuline Preparatory School.
With x years experience in teaching, she became Head Teacher in 2020.
Deputy Head Teacher

Miss Donaghy
Miss Donaghy joined the Ursuline Team in 2022 and has been teaching for 17 years, teaching in a variety of locations locally and abroad. As well as being a part of the Ursuline family, Miss Donaghy also supports the Southwark Diocese as a Catholic Schools Inspector and she trains Early Careers Teachers through University College London.
At Ursuline, Miss Donaghy is the Designated Safeguarding Lead and is also responsible for curriculum and assessment. Miss Donaghy has a passion for supporting children with their emotional development and ensuring that all children have the vocabulary, skills and resources to cope with all of life’s challenges.
Head of Pre-School

Mrs Cherry
Mrs Cherry has worked at the school since 2017, having worked at a range of different schools in London. After completing her undergraduate degree in Anthropology in Cambridge, she lived in Southern India working for charities, but ended up teaching English in Primary schools. She completed her PGCE through the University of Nottingham and now has been a teacher for over 12 years, receiving her Masters of Teaching in 2014. She now has 2 young children and become Head of Pre- School in 2022, having been Head of Academics at the Ursuline Preparatory School. She has an excellent understanding of educational development in young children, and is passionate about giving children the best learning experiences early in life.
She is the Designated safeguarding lead (DSL) for Early Years.
